As the entrepreneurial hub for tech on PEI and Atlantic Canada, the Alliance runs programs for every stage — learning to code, launching a startup, building after dark, or getting your first taste of cybersecurity. Here's what we run and who each one is for.

The developer community · since 2012

PEI Devs

The Island's community for people who build software. Monthly meetups, talks, and hack nights where developers share what they know, help each other level up, and make the connections that lead to jobs and side projects.

The Foundry Residency

A hands-on program for PEI-based, export-focused startups building scalable ventures. Runs in 90-day cycles with coaching, mentorship, and real access to investors, partners, and industry leaders — plus the workspace to do the work.

The Foundry Coworking

A home base for tech-enabled teams and individuals at 163 Great George Street. Hot desks, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, coffee, and mail service — surrounded by the people building the Island’s tech scene.

The Night Shift

Weekly late-night build sessions for side-hustlers, makers, and early-stage dreamers. Bring a project, set a goal, and do focused work alongside other night owls. If your best ideas don’t fit the 9-to-5, you’ll fit right in.

Youth cybersecurity league · grades 6–12

CyberTitan

A mentored cybersecurity competition for PEI students in grades 6 through 12. No background needed — curiosity is enough. Industry mentors who work in cybersecurity right here on the Island train and support students through the season.
